Nails & skin
Thickened nails, fungal infections, ingrown toenails, callus and corn treatment, dry and cracked skin care.
Private foot care from Jemma, Member of the Royal College of Podiatry. From routine treatment to diabetic foot management and bespoke orthotics — at clinics in Hendon and Hatch End.
I'm a podiatrist and member of the Health and Care Professions Council and the Royal College of Podiatry. I qualified in 1999 after a three-year degree in Podiatry at the London Foot Hospital, then part of University College London.
Every year I invest in continuing professional development — most recently completing a course in Foot Mobilisation Techniques, which uses joint mobilisation and myofascial work to relieve common foot problems including bunions, ankle instability, and heel pain.
My main clinic is The Hendale Clinic — a purpose-built, self-contained facility at my home in Hendon with free off-street parking and easy access. On Mondays and Thursdays I see patients at Elliott Hall Medical Centre in Hatch End. For patients who can't easily travel, I also offer home visits.
From routine maintenance to specialist diagnosis, every treatment is tailored to you.
Thickened nails, fungal infections, ingrown toenails, callus and corn treatment, dry and cracked skin care.
Vascular and neurological assessment, routine maintenance for low-risk diabetic feet, reports sent to your GP.
Heel pain, metatarsalgia, gait analysis, kinesio taping, and bespoke orthotics from 3D foot scanning. Radial shockwave therapy for conditions such as plantar fasciitis. Red light therapy used alongside other treatment modalities for foot and ankle arthritis and tendinitis.
Joint mobilisation and myofascial techniques for bunions, ankle instability, and persistent foot pain.
Cryotherapy, acid applications, Verrutop, and verrucae needling — appropriate to your case.
Annual growth and development checks, footwear advice, and treatment for common childhood foot concerns.
I take time to understand the full picture — your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle — before agreeing on a treatment plan together. No rush, no surprises.
